The role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage the recruitment process from start to finish, helping candidates find new opportunities while supporting local businesses with their hiring needs.

It’s a varied, fast-paced role combining people skills, sales, account management and problem solving.

You’ll be:

- Building relationships with candidates and clients
- Advertising vacancies across multiple platforms
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Conducting interviews and candidate assessments
- Coordinating interviews and managing feedback
- Negotiating offers and supporting candidates through the hiring process
- Developing new business opportunities
- Growing and maintaining existing client accounts

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for someone who is confident, personable, organised, and motivated by working with people.
Previous recruitment experience is welcome, but not essential.

We’d be happy to hear from:

- Experienced Recruiters
- Consultant returning to recruitment after a career break
- Trainee Recruiters
- Candidates from sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or administration backgrounds looking for a new career

You’ll ideally be:

- A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills
- Driven, self-motivated and resilient
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive and willing to learn
- Confident building professional relationships
- Commercially minded and comfortable speaking with clients
