Clark James Recruitment are working with a highly professional firm of Independent Financial Advisors based in Tunbridge Wells.
Due to ongoing growth within the business and further expansion within the team our client require a Financial Services Administrator to compliment the team.
Role
• To work on special projects at the request of the Partners.
• To process new business in accordance with the firm’s administration procedures.
• To process day-to-day administration matters for new and existing clients in accordance with the firm’s procedures.
• To deal with and bring to a satisfactory conclusion administrative queries arising from new and existing client business.
Candidate
• Understanding of Regulatory framework.
• Knowledge of different types of policies and options – previous experience working for a firm of IFAs helpful.
• Understanding of information and documentation required to process new business, claims and amendments to existing policies and investments.
• Keyboard and computer skills, particularly Word, Outlook & Excel (Adviser Office/1st would be very helpful).
• Communication and interpersonal skills for dealing with colleagues, clients and companies.
• Letter writing skills and information presentation.
• To have passed relevant Financial Planning Exams
Package
• Basic to £25,000.
• Inclusion in Profit Related Pay scheme.
• Flexi Hours
