Are you an experienced Sales Administrator with a keen interest in sports/fitness who is looking for a new challenge? If you have excellent communication skills, with an interest in administration and learning more about account management this could be the role that you are looking for.
We are currently recruiting for a well established family run company who specialise in wholesale and logistics. This is an entry level role for someone who has some experience within an office looking for more of a long term role - there is plenty to keep you busy with this position.
The outline of the role is:
Dealing with orders and enquiries by telephone, email, fax and in person
Processing of orders and invoices
Liaising with Sales reps, warehouse and purchasing staff
Working as a team member to facilitate the smooth running of the business.
Filing / Ad Hoc office duties
Account Management including management of your own clients
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with some experience in a similar role. They will also need to learn quickly, have great administration skills with a high level of IT skills. The ability to be super organised and able to prioritise work is a must.
