Purpose of the Role:
• To effectively manage a portfolio of motor claims encompassing recovery of the late reporting excess where applicable
• Exhaust all avenues and exercise a hands on approach to maximise recoveries of the late reporting excess
• Provide excellent service to all stakeholders
• Application of accurate reserves in line with company guidelines
• Challenging recovery targets will be set on a month by month basis
• Where recovery has been unsuccessful ensure appropriate steps are taken to enable future recovery by way of broker communication
Essential Experience:
• An understanding of motor claims processes and procedures
• Must be well organised and task focussed
