Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working closely with a fantastic and large broker who are part of a larger network. Due to expansion they have a new role in their Commercial Small Business unit and are looking for a candidate with at least a year or two of Commercial Insurance experience who really want to push on and develop their career.

Role and responsibilities

• Provide a day-to-day technical, competent, responsive and efficient administrative service to clients.
• Client retention through the provision of a professional service to clients covering all aspects of their insurance arrangements; to advise, arrange and secure the appropriate cover at a competitive premium.
• To comply with regulatory requirements, industry codes of practice and the Company’s own procedures and rules.
• Must work on the principal of treating customers fairly and behave in an ethical manner.

The role will be varied and consist of renewals, day to day servicing and midterm adjustments, this broker have a separate team who deal with New Business.

If you have achieved or started studying towards Cert CII that would be a benefit as the company are keen to get all their staff certified and will fully support your studies, training and development including study time off.
