💡 About the role The HR Advisor will play a key role in delivering a proactive HR service, supporting managers with a wide range of employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice. The People Advisor will also help drive efficient recruitment processes and contribute to HR initiatives. 🔑 Key responsibilities * Provide advice on emplo ee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance, etc.) * Support end-to-end recruitment and selection activity * Guide managers on policies, procedures, and employment law * Support absence management and Occupational Health processes * Contribute to HR projects and policy development * Maintain accurate employee records and reporting ✅ About you * Experience in a People/HR Advisor/Officer/ Coordinator role * Strong knowledge of UK employment law * Confident supporting managers with ER matters * Highly organised with the ability to manage a varied workload * Strong communication and stakeholder skills * CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience)
