Exciting hybrid or fully Home Working opportunity is available for either an experienced CILEX or qualified Solicitor (4yrs+) to join this specialist Landlord & Tenant litigation practice. You will be joining this niche team of L&T lawyers dealing with complex advice to Landlord/RMC/RTM clients and professional managing agents on residential property management disputes and dispute avoidance, s rvice charge/ground rent disputes, breaches of lease covenants, possession and forfeiture claims, leasehold disrepair, trespass claims and tenancy disputes. Some experience with long leasehold enforcement required. The successful individual will be servicing the firm’s clients full time (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm).  There is also the option to work from the firm’s offices in Sussex 1-2 days per week if required (although this is not mandatory). Are you a Litigation NQ+ Solicitor or CILEX with experience in L&T work? Our client is a specialist Landlord & Tennant practice based in Sussex seeking a litigator to manage a team of fee earners whilst dealing with their own caseload (previous L&T experience is not essential). The successful individual will be dealing with a caseload of L&T matters acting primarily for landlords as well as dvising property management companies on a range of issues including eviction cases, monetary claims and enforcement proceedings. Any additional experience with “Leasehold Enfranchisement” work would be an advantage (not essential).
