Your new company Hays Recruitment are working with a well-known Housing Association to support recruiting for a Welfare Benefits Advisor for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Your main responsibility will be to provide first line support, information, and advice to individual residents to enable them to maximise their incomes, manage debts, budget, access on-line services and help sustain tenancie . You will receive, assess and triage referrals as a single point of contact for all Communities team services. This is a great opportunity to join the payroll team in a varied role where you will be able to manage your own portfolio of clients and assist others where needed. our new role * Processing weekly, bi-weekly and monthly payroll, from end-to-end, including joiners, leavers, and changes. * Reconciling payroll to client data, getting client approval as appropriate and issuing payroll reports, payslips, and preparing payroll journals. * Managing auto enrolment process including payroll deductions, opt outs and refunds and AE provider file processing. * Handling payroll queries, from clients and HMRC. * Produce annual reports where requested, by both the London and Sevenoaks office, for audit purposes.
