This role is ideal for a recent Graduate or School/ College Leaver that is keen to begin a career in insurance, with a focus on technical and support for the broking team. Role Purpose: To provide essential technical and administrative support to the broker team, ensuring smooth processing of insurance documents and effective client service. Main Duties: * Assisting in the preparation, processing, and management of insurance documentation. * Supporting brokers with data entry, policy administration, and maintenance of accurate records. * Assists in the creation of client and broking documents * Process slips, quotes, indications, and endorsements * Managing queries from clients, underwriters, and brokers * Deal with client renewals and mid-term adjustments as appropriate * Responds to the clients(both internal and external) * Learning the fundamentals of insurance processes, policies, and risk management.

The purpose of the role is to ensure all the teams existing processes are managed effectively and aim to further enhance the efficiency of these processes.
