Your new role The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of property repair, maintenance, and improvement, while performing general building surveying duties, such as: * Creating specifications * Carrying out Inspe tions/defect diagnosis * Administering/overseeing works in progress * Complying with H&S regulations * Tendering * Coordinating with contractors * Managing projects * Liaising with different stakeholders What you'll need to succeed * Member of the RICS with a proven track record of professional competency * Previous experience of surveying / property management * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage difficult conversations * Strong MS Office skills, CAD and ability to learn and use different systems * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills * Ability to meet deadlines * Must have your own car and a clean driving lic
