You will work within the finance team assisting with the production of accounts and running of the purchase ledger. This role is temporary and will be expected to last a MINIMUM of 3 months, and is part time (16 hours per week). Your new role * Processing supplier invoices/credit notes, ensu ing they are coded ot matched to existing PO. * Processing freight invoices following the process of charges assignment to relevant purchase orders. * Process stock invoices through receipt lines method. * Reconciling supplier statements requesting missing copies of invoices and resolving any queries. * Duty invoicing (HMRC) and allocation to relevant purchase orders. * Prepare aged creditors report on a monthly basis to monitor the outstanding supplier accounts.
