Your new role As the Customer Services Representative you will provide exceptional levels of Customer Service B2B, you will pr cess orders, deal with any and all queries, any concerns and requests about products or the services they provide. You will also play a critical role in supporting the Business Development Managers to ensure that they are supported in growing the existing clients as well as securing new business.
