The successful individual will be joining a team of 6 in the irms Residential Property team and will be dealing with a freehold & leasehold sales, equity transfers, re-mortgages and shared ownership transactions. Any experience with residential leases, development work or commercial property matters would be an added bonus. This role is open to a wide range of property experience which includes Paralegal’s or NQ’s right the way through to more experienced fee earners This role offers flexibility around working hours and both full-time and part-time employment could be offered.
