The purpose of the role is to work within the specialist Commercial Motor Claims team to manage a mixed portfolio of Injury Claims. Main Duties: * Handle a caseload of Personal injury claims * Deal with MOJ Claims as well as those not in the portal * Proactive management approach to handle claims. * Maintaining strong diary management. * Ensuring your portfolio is realistically and accurately reserved in line with best practice * Deal with claims from inception through to settlement * Understand when to utilise external suppliers to ensure the best outcome for the business with minimal claims spend. * Maintain own technical knowledge through training.
