Your new company A Well established refurbishment/fitout contractor based in the SE London area seek an experienced Contracts manager to join the team based on the continued success of the business. Working across a number of sectors including healthcare, education, pharma and commercial they focus on projects of between £2 - 10 million with a longstanding list of retained clients. Projects are ypically the more complex refurbishment schemes Cat/B/Cut and carve/design and build fitouts etc and they are extremely busy with well over 20 projects across the city and the south east.
