You will be joining this niche team of L&T lawyers dealing with complex advice to Landlord/RMC/RTM clients and professional managing agents on residential property management disputes and dispute avoidance, s rvice charge/ground rent disputes, breaches of lease covenants, possession and forfeiture claims, leasehold disrepair, trespass claims and tenancy disputes. Some experience with long leasehold enforcement required.
