Your new company An established Main contractor working across the South East region now seek an experienced Senior QS to oversee a recently awarded new-build education project in Pourtsmouth. The project is the result of an extremely successful period of tendering during which several new major projects have been won and are due on site in the coming months. The role will be site-based with a contract programme of 18 months with similar works to follow on the same framework. You will be joining this niche team of L&T lawyers dealing with complex advice to Landlord/RMC/RTM clients and professional managing agents on residential property management disputes and dispute avoidance, s rvice charge/ground rent disputes, breaches of lease covenants, possession and forfeiture claims, leasehold disrepair, trespass claims and tenancy disputes. Some experience with long leasehold enforcement required.
