Sales Support/Help Desk Leasing company
Location: Surrey
Salary £25k plus great benefits
Working in a busy and dynamic leasing company the key function of the role is to ensure that all finance proposals received via Brokers and the inbound sales team processed efficiently and quickly through all stages of application through to draw down and activation.
Main responsibilities and key activities:
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that all proposals received via telephone, email or the onlibe portal are immediately assessed and allocated to either Help Desk for fulfilment, or to one of the Business Development Managers (BDM) as laid down by current guidelines.
To assist the BDM is accessing information to process the deal
Managing enquiries to ensure that all end users receive a quotation and if appropriate, ensure that all required information is collected in order for a credit decision to be possible.
For Broker introduced enquiries and where the fulfilment of the case is allocated to Help Desk, to ensure that all required information is collected from the Broker in order for a credit decision to be possible.
Propose the opportunity to Credit when all information has been correctly obtained.
Where additional information has been requested by Credit, post submission to underwriting, to collect such information
Post underwriting, to communicate the decision to either the introducing Broker or end user as deemed appropriate. In the case of applications introduced by Brokers, to ensure that regular reports are produced indicating the status of all relevant proposals.
Upon credit acceptance and when in the position to do so, request the relevant credit agreement having firstly ensured that all figures are correct on the system
To chase any outstanding credit agreements, either via the introducing Broker or direct with the end user, to allow the case to be booked.
When required, to provide assistance to Brokers and end users when using the on-line portals and to ensure that all Broker and end user questions regarding the portals are successfully answered.
Assist vendor support with quotes, campaign/promotional activity, speaking with customers and channel partners to get deals over the line.
Key Skills
Proven track record in customer service, either face to face or by telephone
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
To possess good numeracy skills
The ability to explain complex processes and procedures
Experience of working in a team environment with the ability to support and encourage colleagues
Excellent interpersonal skills
The ability to communicate with people to a high standard that may be anxious, irate or hostile.
The ability to be flexible at times of high demand when the requirements of the job may need overtime working.
