My client is a school based in Redhill is looking to bring in an experienced HR Officer to join the team during a sustained period of growth with a view to this person becoming the HR Manager. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this role will be responsible for supporting the HR function in day-to-day activities including working with and giving guidance to line managers and employee. Resp nsibilities: Provide expert coaching and advice to managers on HR matters including policy, procedures, employment law, employee relations, and organisational values. Support line managers with disciplinary, grievance & absence management cases. Work collaboratively with employees, managers and Occupational Health to promote and maintain the health and well-being of employees. Assist colleagues and managers to develop their skills in terms of HR knowledge and people management. Day to day responsibility for the HR Assistant to ensure that all administration is carried out in an efficient manner, complying with data protection principles. My client is a school, based just outside Horsham. They are looking to recruit a Management Accountant to join their finance team on a permanent basis. The role will have responsibility for providing a wide range of month end and transactional accounting requirements, alongside the overall production of management accounts to include analysis and commentary. In more detail the role will: - Ensure monthly financial statements are produced for all budget holders and ensure the Academy has quality financial information to support decision making. - Proactively work with the Head of Finance to ensure budget holders are supported to resolve any concerns or difficulties with their financial performance. - Preparation of the annual budgets and medium-term financial plan including ongoing budget management with key stakeholders - Ensure accruals and pre-payments are updated accurately, working alongside the finance team members to ensure day to day transactional tasks are accurately   Applications are sought from candidates either formally qualified or actively studying
