Our client requires experienced CNC machine operators, Jig Borers and Manual Lathe Turners to join their permanent full-time highly skilled engineering team. They are experts in their field and offer great salaries to the right candidates.

Those experience with Jigboring and Manual-Turners as well as skilled CNC machine setters should ensure that their CV really shows their skill level when applying for this great opportunity, with specific reference to the machines they are experienced in using.

CNC machine setters should be able to programme, set and run the machinery from a drawing for low volume manufacturing, and then be able to reprogramme, set and operate for something different afterwards. This is mainly verticle machining centres using Heidenhain controls.

Lathe turners should have experience with a manual centre lathe, turning and screw cutting.

The right candidate should have previous experience with working with the machinery with high precision. You will ideally be working within the industry already and be looking for a new challenge to further develop yourself and your career.

Hours are Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:45 with an earlier finish on Fridays. Optional overtime is available in the evenings and Saturday mornings for those wishing to maximise their earning potential. Pay rates vary depending on your skill level and will be between £12.50 and £16.00 per hour.
