Our Client, highly successful in their field are looking for an HR Business Partner to progress their HR agenda. You will help create high performing teams and provide excellent learning and development opportunities. Our Client put their people at the centre of everything they do. You will be based in their head offices in North Kent with minimal travel to other sites in Kent and Surrey.These are critical roles that will support managers to deliver practical, people-related solutions and address employee relations issues. They will also help to deliver their People Strategy and co-ordinate recruitment activity for their area. Successful applicants must have gravitas, excellent communication skills and be able to coach and advise Managers and employees. You will also be an experienced HR generalist with strong employee relations skills; and have awareness of HR business partnering. In addition, you will
have experience of managing change processes, HR projects; and performance and appraisal, CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
