With offices on both sides of the Atlantic, Top Villas is one of the world’s leading luxury villa rental specialists. This is an exciting role where you will be renting luxury villas to affluent clientele from all over the world and liaising with our international suppliers and team. If you are a proactive and organised individual, with a passion for the travel industry, this could be your next fantastic opportunity!
Role duties:
- Understand the needs and requirements of affluent clientele by providing a first class phone and online service
- Ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner
- Ensure all enquiries are proactively followed up from planning through to booking completion
- Build lasting relationships with clients so they come back year after year
- Liaise with our suppliers around the world
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Record correspondence and transactions in internal systems
- Provide feedback and positively contribute to the overall team performance
What we are looking for:
- 1 year+ customer facing experience
- An interest in property and travel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of organisation and professionalism
- Friendly and confident
- Self-motivated and results driven
