This is an exciting role where you will be renting luxury villas to affluent clientele from all over the world and liaising with our international suppliers and team. Role duties:

- Understand the needs and requirements of affluent clientele by providing a first class phone and online service

- Ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner

- Ensure all enquiries are proactively followed up from planning through to booking completion

- Build lasting relationships with clients so they come back year after year

- Liaise with our suppliers around the world

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

- Record correspondence and transactions in internal systems

- Provide feedback and positively contribute to the overall team performance

What we are looking for:

- 1 year+ customer facing experience

- An interest in property and travel

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- A high level of organisation and professionalism

- Friendly and confident

- Self-motivated and results driven
