A long established manufacturing company in Rochester is looking for a Counterbalance Forklift Driver (5 tonne minimum) to work initially on an ongoing temporary basis.
The role involves some manual handling and machine operation and can be physical, so you will need to be fit and flexible within the role.
This will be a rotating shift - Days and Nights - hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 6.00pm to 6.00am or 6.00am to 6.00pm. Friday is classed as overtime, where the rate is enhanced at time and a half for hours worked in excess of 48 per week, after 12 weeks this will be overtime after 40 hours.
Own transport is advantageous due to start times.
There could be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
