Site manager - Main contractor - Kent. To manage one of several new Healthcare projects - Refurb and new build £1-3 mill

Your new company
A Kent based main contractor working across London and the South East, working across healthcare, education, Commercial new builds & listed buildings With approximately 12 projects on site and a further 3 due to start in the coming months they now seek a Kent based site manager to oversee one of 4 recently awarded healthcare projects. schemes are a mix of new build extensions and refurbishment/fit out of existing buildings with locations across mid and east Kent. project values up-to £ mill with the first project due on site in the next 4 weeks.

Your new role
As site manager you will be number 1 on site reporting to a visiting contracts manager, You will mange the site from day 1 ensuring health & safety, managing/co-coordinating sub contractors, overseeing quality control, updating site diary, liaising with the client and commercial teams and generally ensuring the project is run within budget & programme

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced site manager with previous experience of managing similar sized as a number 1, previous healthcare or education experience is desirable but not essential. You will be Kent based and hold valid First Aid, CSCS and SMSTS tickets.
