MUST HAVE OWN TRANSPORT
As an Internal Account Manager you will be at the forefront in providing high levels of customer service and be proactive in both assisting the customer and enforcing the office administration processes to ensure that the office is organised and efficient. You will communicate relevant details, messages and handovers to the relevant departments as necessary and liaise with all relevant staff to ensure that the customer is receiving the best levels of service, seeing each job through to its conclusion. You will also have proactive sales activity. You will work closely with external sales executives to ensure customer quotes, and leads are actioned quickly and efficiently, and that relevant events and information are logged against the customer.
Responsibilities and Duties:
To be the first port of call for the customer base with all aspect of service, inquiry, order and invoicing.
Duties will include taking orders, invoicing, serving customers, data entry, identifying and actioning sales leads, quotes, account management, database management, payment entry, basic accounting administration, providing high levels of customer service, dealing with all inquiries, emails and calls, as well as other general sales and administration duties.
The role will vary from day to day, so enthusiasm, adaptability and initiative are key traits that the applicant must have. It is important that the candidate has the ability to work both as part of a team and by themselves, so initiative is key, as is the ability to work within time frame, and under pressure.
