The Opportunity:
This role is perfect for someone who’s eager to develop professionally in a stable and rewarding industry. You’ll receive comprehensive training to manage household/property insurance claims from start to finish. Working closely with experienced claims professionals, you’ll gain hands-on experience in customer communication, case assessment, and claims resolution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Learning how to manage property insurance claims (e.g. water damage, fire, theft, storm)
• Speaking with policyholders and guiding them through the claims process
• Supporting the claims team with administration and case updates
• Developing skills in policy interpretation, decision-making, and negotiation
• Gaining exposure to insurers, loss adjusters, and suppliers
Who You Are:
• Eager to learn and start a career in the insurance industry
• A confident communicator with a professional and empathetic approach
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Comfortable using computer systems and managing multiple tasks
• Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
