Your new role

If you are a Learning Support Assistant with experience in assisting Secondary students who require Special Educational Need, then we want to hear from you! This a permanent full time position, ensuring stability and support throughout. You will be liaising with the Teacher regarding planning, as well as developing and obtaining strong relationships and support to your students. To ensure safeguarding and and positive standards to impact their school life. Delivering interventions and undertake support activities outside of the lessons.


What you'll need to succeed


* Good behaviour management
* Previous experience within an Educational field for supporting those with needs
* Ability to prioritise and flexibility
* Adaptability and strong support
