Business Development Manager
Sevenoaks
£30,000 - £35,000 DOE + commission
Monday to Friday , 8:30am - 5:30pm (Flexible working!)
Are you ambitious? Resilient? Are you driven to reach targets? If yes, then this role may be for you! My client is looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to join their friendly team in Sevenoaks. If you have at least 2 years' experience in B2B Media Sales⦠carry on reading!
Duties include:
* Managing the Sales / Business Development Executives
* Generating sales with new and existing clients
* Providing diligent aftersales care
* Carrying out research on potential new clients
* Ensuring the team are effectively utilising the CRM
* Motivating the team to lead a positive sales culture
* Identifying and developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Reporting of personal perfomrance
* Accurate personal reveue forecasting
* Meeting and exceeding targets
* Following up incoming leads
* Attending oversea events when required
The successful candidate will have / be:
* Excellent management skills
* Able to show a willingness to learn
* Provide previous achievements within a sales or business development role
* Professional with a customer focused mindset
* Able to find solutions to problems
* Not afraid to pick up the phone
* Ambitious
* Previous experience in brand-to-brand media sales is essential
