We’re partnering with a leading local business known for its fantastic team culture and excellent staff retention to find a Business Sales Administrator to join their growing operations team. This is a varied role where you’ll support customers and the sales team from initial enquiry right through to delivery.
What you’ll be doing:
Responding to client enquiries via phone and email with a friendly, solutions-led approach
Producing accurate quotes, processing orders, and generating invoices
Updating CRM and internal systems (training provided)
Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services
Tracking orders and keeping customers informed throughout the process
