GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR ROLE
Ashford
£19k - £22,000 + Benefits (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
Parking on site!
Are you an experienced customer service advisor? Or are you looking for your first Customer services role? Are you keen to develop a career in Insurance? Pearson Whiffin has the role for you!
We are currently recruiting for 3 new customer service advisor positions to join a well-established team in Ashford. As the customer service advisor, you would be the primary point of contact for all customers, dealing with customer queries, policy changes, claims and everything in between!
Duties
* Advise all customers on insurance policies and requirements for new and existing customers
* You will be expected to administer these products and always act in a professional manner, compliant with all FSA and internal procedures.
* Build a strong knowledge of company products
* Liaise with the sales department when you have any new customer requests
* Deal with insurance claims
* Sustaining a good level of working relationship with customers and other employees
* File customer claims following the correct company protocol and procedures
* The company will offer full internal training on insurance guidelines and licences to practice
Key skills
* The most essential criteria for this role are to have a good understanding with experience of exceptional customer service and how to deliver this to each customer you come into contact with!
* Have a great telephone manner
* Confident in your approach
* Be well organised
* Have good GCSES A* -C, or equivalent - desirable
* Be able to commute to Ashford (bus stop and good commute by train)
* Parking on site
