Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join an award winning business in Guildford!

Due to rapid growth the team are expanding and looking for enthusiastic German speaking customer service representative to join.

You will be working in a buzzing office alongside 7 other passionate Customer Service Advisors

You will be processing orders, through live chats, high-volume calls and always maintaining exceptional customer service!!

what do I need to be successful?? ..

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* You will have experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls confidently whilst working in a fast-paced environment.
* Well organised with a methodical approach to work, showing a willingness to learn with a positive 'can do' approach.
* Excellent MS Office skills.
