Facilities and Administrative Co-Ordinator

Permanent, Office Based

£25,000 - £30,000 with benefits such as 28 days' holiday, pension, EAP and industry incentives.

Twickenham with on-site parking

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Start date: Asap!

Overview:

My client from the entertainment industry is currently in an exciting period of growth and is now looking for a Facilities and Administrative Co-Ordinator to join their vibrant, fast paced team.

This new position covers a diverse range of duties and has the potential to develop when excellent performance has been met. The team works with integrating performance audio video systems of all sizes and scopes for sports, live entertainment, performing arts and corporate markets

Sound interesting?... Daily duties include:

* Ensure maintenance, and repairs of all permanent building installations is carried out
* Book engineer visits, maintain records, create POs, and approve related invoices
* Review and negotiate contracts regularly for all building facilities
* Manage all existing building services and approve corresponding invoices
* Coordinate on new building projects and seek budget approval
* Create POs and approve related invoices
* Report faults and maintenance requirements to the IT Department
* Support reception by covering the full-time receptionist's lunch breaks and absences
* Gather quotes and place orders for general purchases and special projects
* Collate and record receipts and transactions
* Manage company merchandise by maintaining stock levels, placing orders, approving invoices
* Liaise with Account Executives regarding future requirements
* Meet with suppliers regarding new catalogues and samples
* Any other administrative duties as may be required

Required:

* Strong experience working in a similar role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience with data entry
* Aptitude for IT
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload
