Overview:

A rare opportunity to join a fast-growing, award-winning, and environmentally green company in this dual role, as an Finance Administrator.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be joining this small and friendly team, responsible for credit control duties and ensuring the smooth running of the sales ledger.

You will perform primary functions of the role in accordance with the set timetables whilst supporting the finance team and the wider business.

Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:

* Maintenance of the finance functions and ensuring the timely collection of financed debts
* Ensuring daily reports are run, checked, and balanced including weekly debt report
* Review bank statements
* Ensure all pending payments are paid into the correct account
* Responsible for the non-financed customer element of the sales ledger
* Sending statements to customers and providing copy invoices when required
* that customers with credit terms are within their limit and are not overdue on other invoices.
* Taking credit/debit card payments for orders
* Posting and allocating of cash receipts
* Creating and issuing stock return request documentation to customers
* Creation of credit notes following return of stock
* Processing requests for new accounts
* Management of accounts on hold
* Matching invoices to order and acknowledgements.
* Maintaining cash receipt spreadsheet

To be successful in this role you'll have:

* Worked within an accounts receivable/credit control environment or similar
* Excellent Excel skills
* Ability to work to deadlines, under pressure and manage workload
* Attention to detail
