HR Admin Assistant - 3 Months

No Previous Experience in HR Required



Salary: £12 per hour

Hours: 36 a week



Location: Twickenham/ Strawberry Hill Station is closest



Core responsibilities:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:



* To administer and coordinate the recruitment on boarding process in conjunction with Hiring Managers and HR Partners, this includes posting adverts on various media, scheduling interviews, carrying out pre-employment checks and preparing contracts.



* To manage recruitment campaigns via the e-recruitment system.



* Co-ordinate HR (employee life cycle) processes including new joiners, probation, contract changes and leaver procedures.



* Preparation of all paperwork, ensuring timely communication and efficiency of completion of processes and all paperwork is completed and filed/stored appropriately.



* To administer payroll paperwork and the Payroll team are provided with pay actions by the payroll deadline.



* To ensure that Payroll are provided with timely and accurate details on individual contractual information.



* To follow up on any payroll related queries and follow escalation process if necessary.



* To work collaboratively with HR Advisors and HR Partners to deliver cluster partner working across Faculties, Institutes and Services.



* Prepare and send any correspondence required to complete processes in accurate and timely fashion in line with SLA's.



* To provide responses to queries efficiently, ensuring to always maintain a high level of customer service.



* To maintain accurate electronic (and manual where appropriate) records.



Requirements:

* Strong communication and organisation skills
* Previous knowledge of all Microsoft systems
