Remote Insurance Sales Adviser
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Health Insurance Sales Adviser to join our team in a remote working capacity. As a Health Insurance Sales Adviser, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in navigating the complex world of health insurance by providing guidance, advice, and solutions that meet their unique needs.
This is a fully remote position, so strong internet connection and a professional working environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business revenue by building strong relationships, mastering product knowledge, and employing effective sales techniques
Engage in active listening to match product benefits with customer needs, address concerns, and convert new business opportunities
Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs to provide optimal support
Advise clients on Private Health Insurance products, underwriting, costs, and exclusions over the phone
Maintain a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service and resolve issues efficiently
Coordinate with insurers
Produce accurate data and customer documentation
Prioritize and manage daily tasks with efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in health insurance sales
Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
Exceptional conversational and relationship-building skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to receive feedback and coaching to continually improve technical and sales skills

Salary: £25,600 (OTE £45,000 Year 1)
Location: Remote Working (Must be UK)
25 Days Annual Leave
