Office Administrator - 12 Month FTC
£22,000-£23,000 plus 20 days holiday, pension, private healthcare & much more!!
Aldershot- with on-site parking
Hours: Monday -Friday

An exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a well-established installation & Maintenance company on 12-month fixed term contract.
Over the years the company have built a reputable name in the Hampshire area, they pride themselves on their high standard customer service.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide administration support to the busy teams.
Daily Duties:
* Answering calls/emails, logging and tracking incoming work.
* Scheduling engineers daily work within different SLA's
* Raising purchase orders.
* Customer service and dealing with complaints.
* Meet office targets as set by management
* Provide management reports as required
* General admin
Skills and Qualifications:
* An excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
* Experience in a customer service role is (Preferred)
* Proactive in approach to learning and work
* Experience is a similar role (Desirable)
