* Salary: £27,727 - £34,218 per annum pro rata

Are you organised and able to manage and monitor your own workload?
We're looking for someone to support the Estate Services Manager, Operations Manager and Team Leaders in the effective delivery and management of a comprehensive estate service and caretaking service.
You'll be responsible for providing an effective support service to ensure the delivery of our commitments to residents, colleagues and our own team as well as, the equipment, logistics and budget to ensure the smooth running of the service.
You will be maintaining accurate records in relation in Estate Services and producing statistical information and reports.
The ideal candidate will have;

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
*
Planning and organisation skills with the ability to problem solve
*
Excellent IT skills including proficiency at MS word, Excel and PowerPoint
*
Knowledge of the Estate Services operating environment including COSHH regulations and health and safety standards
