Do you have good customer service skills? Are you wanting to join an enthusiastic and fun loving team ?
Our client is looking for someone who can delight customers and provide a fantastic level of service. Someone who is focused on customer service and providing the best outcome for their customers with good verbal communication skills, good persuasion skills and willing to pitch in when needed as well as being flexible and good at thinking on your feet.
Your role will involve taking calls and handling emails and webchat from both the public and travel trade. You will be using an in-house reservations system so you must have the ability to meet agreed targets. You will be working as part of a busy and supportive team and will receive full training. Your shifts will include working weekends and evenings. You must be fluent in either Dutch or German to be considered.
