We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join the dynamic customer support team!
Sounds interesting?.....What will my responsibilities be?
* Handling customer's issues through a ticketed system
* Recording all information in the company's CRM system
* Escalating complaints as required to management or to technical team where customer issues cannot be resolved.
* Continually updating the customers with updates
To be successful in this role you'll have:
* GCSE (or equivalent) level including Maths and English- A-Levels preferred.
* Degree Level (Desired)
* Good Phone Manner
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Strong time organisational skills
