An exciting opportunity to join a leading & successful e-commerce business based in Guildford!

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual, looking to kickstart their career in sales and work with a fun team!



Sounds interesting, what will my daily duties be??

* Set up new customer accounts, ensuring they are vetted for eligibility and authenticity
* Creating quotes and processing on CRM system and ensuring this has been followed up
* Building strong relationships with new / existing customers
* Manages customer service escalations on own accounts
* Engage in good quality conversations with decision makers
* Completing sale from start to finish by client documenting

Skills & Experience:

* Background working within retail sales (desired)
* Previous sales experience (desired)
* Experience in dealing with customers face to face or via the telephone (essential)
* Excellent Communication skills written & Verbal
* GCSE (or equivalent) level including Maths and English. A-Levels (preferred)
