Temp to Perm Online / E Commerce Coordinator
Woking, Office Based
£ 11 - £12 per hour (£25k per annum perm salary)
Required: Mon - Friday 07:30AM - 3:30PM
Overview:
An opportunity to join a well-established online retailer based in Woking. The main focus of this role is to undertake online admin duties, including correspondence, customer invoicing admin, managing online listings and supporting the sales team.
Daily Duties include:
* Manage listings with multiple online retailers
* Administration of customer portals Orders and Product Setup
* Responsible for keeping track of product listings
* Responsible for Reports on online sales through retrieving data from our system
* Organising and preparing all necessary information and assets to take to customer sales meetings
Sound interesting?...you must have:
* Good knowledge of MS Office in particular MS Excel
* Good communication skills, written and verbal
* Good telephone manner
* Team player
