Overview:

A new and exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest or passion to eventually join a successful and knowledgeable sales team within the engineering/construction sector.

You will be joining their small friendly office team and be responsible for providing customers quotations, processing customers' orders and arranging delivery of equipment for the required works.

Ideal candidates need to be willing to learn, have good communication skills and confident to get on the phones!

Sounds interesting?...a few of the daily duties include:

* Provide technical quotations to customers ensuring they are accurate and profitable
* Liaise and communicate efficiently with service engineers
* Inputting data correctly into database
* Engaging with customers and building relationships
* Gain an understanding of geographical regions and engineer coverage
* Ordering of security equipment and ensuring efficient delivery
* Processing of customers' orders ensuring correct detail is logged on to the database.
* Reviewing the engineers report sheet prior to distributing to the customer
* Providing invoices to customers on completion of works ensuring correct detail and purchase order numbers.

To be successful in this role you'll have:

* Can demonstrate excellent communication skills on the phone and face to face
* Self-motivated and positive attitude
* Approachable friendly personality
* Good computer skills - Microsoft Office
