Position: Internal Sales Support Assistant
Location: Guildford (Hybrid working)
Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
Benefits: 20 days holidays, Pension, Work Trips
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Job Overview:
* This position offers an opportunity to work with an established market-leading retailer in their customer service department.
* The role involves handling pre-sales inquiries, including calls, emails, and social media interactions.
* You will also be responsible for gathering comments and feedback from various sources (website, reviews, YouTube) to assist the digital team in improving website and blog content.
* Ensuring that resellers have accurate product descriptions, photos, and specifications on their websites is also part of the job.
Requirements:
* Previous customer service experience.
* Ability to multitask.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Polite and friendly demeanor.
* Ability to prioritise daily workload.
