Reception/Administrator
Wimbledon, Office Based
Up to £30,000 plus great benefits!!
Required: Mon - Friday 09:00AM - 5:00PM
Start date: ASAP
Overview:
An opportunity to join a well-established company based in Wimbledon. The main focus of this role is to undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard operation, to ensure the smooth running of the office / Reception.
Daily Duties include:
* Answer all incoming calls, directing them to the relevant person and taking messages when needed.
* Assist in dealing with customer complaints in an effective and courteous manner, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
* Comply with fire safety, including coordinating staff fire drills.
* Greet all visitors/contractors and direct them to the correct point of contact.
* Assist with building contractors when onsite, coordinate effectively with the facilities department.
* Ensure visitors book is kept up to date completed, issue and record visitor's badges using Net2 Access Control.
* Assisting with the onboarding / offboarding of new staff members using Podio.
* Ordering of Office Supplies, PPE for warehouse, online orders when requested by authorised managers.
* Entering of new account applications on relevant workspaces/platforms.
* Ensure daily outbound post is franked and ready for collection.
* Co-ordinate any staff events, coffee mornings, charity donations.
* Undertake such other Reception duties and responsibilities upon request.

* Previous Customer Service experience
* Good organisational skills
* Polite and friendly manner
* Ability to prioritise daily workload
