Head's Personal Assistant
Permanent, Term Time plus 3 weeks in holidays
£29,000 - £35,360 (Full time salary) plus 8 weeks holiday plus bank holidays, 8% pension, generous CPD, cycle to work, free lunches and supportive encouraging environment.
Twickenham, limited parking - recommend public transport
Monday to Friday, 7.45am - 4.15pm (40-hour week)

Overview:
A brand new position seeking a well-organised and professional PA to the Head with a passion for working in Education.
You will be self-motivated and confidential in your approach to this successful, flourishing, forward thinking independent school, ensuring the smooth operation of diary management and serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external enquiries.

* Diary management
* Visitors
* Communication and O
* Take minutes of meetings, transcribe, and publish to the relevant participants
* Act as a first point of contact and liaise with school staff, parents, and external contacts
* Represent the principal if needed in their absence
* Provide support to the Senior Management Team as and when required
* Meet and greet visitors and provide refreshments
* Liaise with the Admin teams across all sites
* Provide support with any other duties as required
* Maintain complete confidentiality and deal with sensitive information in a discreet and professional manner
To be successful in this role you'll have:
* Experience working in a similar role, education industry desirable not essential
* Have excellent interpersonal skills
* Have acute attention to detail
* Have the ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines of varying timescales.
* Be prepared to work flexibly, independently, sometimes under pressure, and always with a
* 'can and will do' attitude.
* Demonstrate that they have a good working knowledge and level of competence in using
* Excel and Word coupled with great attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.
* Must be able to think in a logical and systematic manner
* Must have a high level of personal integrity and confidentiality
* Flexible and willing to support colleagues when short-staffed or in peak times.
