Overview:



The Marketing and Events Coordinator will play a pivotal role in the marketing and communications. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing and Communications, this position will be responsible for planning, organising, and executing a wide range of events and communication initiatives to promote the company and enhance their brand presence.



Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:



* Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including seminars, webinars, workshops, exhibitions, and client gatherings.
* Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, budgeting, invitations, catering, audiovisual requirements, and post-event evaluations.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
* Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to reach target audiences.
* Assist in drafting and editing content for various platforms and audiences, including press releases, newsletters, social media, the company website, and intranet.
* Maintain and update the company's communication calendar.
* Assist in generating multimedia content, such as videos, photographs, and graphics, to support marketing and communication efforts.
* Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop visually appealing and informative materials.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
* Act as a point of contact for inquiries and requests related to events and communications.
* Track and analyse the performance of events and communication initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
* Prepare regular reports on event outcomes and communication metrics.





To be successful in this role you'll have…



* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven experience in event planning and coordination.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Familiarity with graphic design software and digital marketing tools (adobe)
* Proficiency in social media platforms and content management systems.
* Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
* Creative thinking and a passion for architecture and design.
