Woking, Office Based

Monday - Friday 08:30AM - 5:00PM

Up to £25,000 per annum DOE

Our client is seeking a dynamic HR Administrator with a minimum of 12 months experience to become an integral part of their exceptional Human Resources team. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule and is conveniently located at our head office in Woking.

Initially, this position is being offered as a maternity cover contract for the first 9 months, but don't let that deter you-our client's business is experiencing remarkable growth, and there is a strong possibility that this role could become permanent.

As an HR Administrator, you will embark on a journey of professional development within a fast-paced and dynamic business environment. Working closely with the HR team, you'll gain invaluable experience and contribute to the success of the organisation. Daily Duties include:

* Administration support to the HR Coordinators and HR Manager
* Managing the central Human Resources email inbox
* Processing new starter documentation including contracts and links for DBS checks
* Assisting new and existing employees with any DBS queries
* Producing any documents or HR letters in line with legislation to a high standard
* First point of contact for routine HR matters.
* Supporting both the Learning and Development Advisor and Resourcing Manager with administration tasks and first line enquiries where needed.

* At least 12 months experience as an HR administrator role or similar.
* Have great attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong customer focus.
* A positive outlook with a great can-do attitude, quick to learn new skills.
* Good working knowledge of Word and Excel.
