Accounts Assistant PLUS the opportunity for Study Support!

Do you have 1 years Accounts/Finance/AP experience?

Full-time position, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Hybrid work pattern: 1 day in the office per week

Wimbledon

Are you an experienced and organized Accounts Assistant looking to make a positive impact with your skills? Join a pioneering company at the forefront of a rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process AP invoices using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Handle daily bank transactions and conduct bank reconciliations.
* Manage monthly petty cash journals.
* Reconcile weekly gift voucher sales and redemptions.
* Assist with payment runs.
* Administer the accounts inbox efficiently.
* Reconcile supplier statements.
* Follow up on queries with colleagues and third parties via email or phone.
* Collaborate with the Buying department to resolve invoice queries promptly.
* Maintain the purchase ledger.
* Undertake ad hoc tasks and support the wider finance team during busy periods.
* Act as an ambassador for B Corp values, making decisions with a focus on social and environmental impact.

Skills and Experience:

* Confidence and initiative to investigate and resolve queries.
* Organized and methodical approach.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Capacity to handle high volumes of work.
* Flexible attitude and adaptability to changing priorities.
* Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable experience.
* Proficient in Excel, including grouping, merging, and sorting high volumes of data.
