Customer Service Specialist
Hybrid Working
£25k - £30k plus amazing benefits package including medical insurance, pension, life assurance, bonus incentive, 25 days plus BH and fantastic facilities including pay day pastries.

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Overview:
You will also be responsible for supporting the Key Accounts and Wholesalers with their complex queries and order management as well as gather reports and analyse the data.
The nature of this role means that you will have excellent Microsoft Office (in particular Advanced Excel) skills.
Sounds interesting?...Daily duties include:
* Managing key accounts and supporting key account managers with reports, pulling data together and presenting in a logical way - pivot tables, VLOOKUP's.
* Proactive order management including timely response
* Accurate processing, tracking and tracing orders
* Proactive customer management, dealing with all queries quickly, accurately and professionally
* Customer contact points, ensuring the customer is kept up to date at all times
* Long-term solutions developed and implemented
* Build and manage relationships with customer base and develop in depth knowledge
* Reviewing work processes and making recommendations for improvements - improving any process and you see a flaw or an idea to simplify then you can make suggestions/improvements.
* Promote 'One Team' spirit by demonstrating strong teamwork and supporting your colleagues
* Work closely with field-based sales staff, logistics, IT and finance department
To be successful in this role you'll be:
* Knowledge of CRM systems e.g., Power BI, QlikView (desirable but not essential)
* Quick learner
* Good communication skills
* Able to face issues in a calm and professional manner
* Good professional communication, managing stakeholders
* Process orientated/ analytical/ strong ops background
