Head Receptionist
Do you have strong customer service skills?
Have you got experience working in the automotive/insurance sector?
£30,000 - £40,000 plus holiday, pension and much more!
Chessington with onsite parking
Permanent, Office based
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm
Start date: Asap!
Sound interesting?... Daily duties include:
* Scheduling appointments
* Managing the daily operations of the front desk
* Supervising reception staff
* Providing a high-quality service to all customers
* Managing phone and email correspondence
* Providing estimations
* Booking repairs
* Managing and organising paperwork
* Working closely with other departments
* Any other ad hoc duties
To be successful in this role you'll have:
* Previous experience within a similar role
* Excellent high level of skill in Microsoft
* Strong written and verbal communication
* Strong attention to detail
